I took the hint when I ordered these and included the insulated packaging so that the candy canes would not be broken. It worked...not a single one out of 96 were broken!! And we loved the large size because they are favors for a company Christmas dinner.
We wish it were an exact science to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condtion but, alas, it is not. We try really hard to take all the variables into consideration and are overjoyed to hear that your package arrived in perfect condition! These are the best! I remember my mother would savor one of these huge candy canes for days, As kids we liked to chew up the small ones, but my mother would slowly enjoy every last sweet lick.
